This offer is valid for a limited time. Marketing of this pistol is proceeding at an accelerated rate, and once the product is finalized for production sales will commence and this offer will end.
This offer may be rescinded at any time at the sole discretion of Lowry Industries Inc.
Sales Figures and Profit Estimates.
Sales figures and profit estimates.
By examining how other startup pistol manufacturing companies have performed in the last 8 years, Lowry Industries has been able to produce an accurate and realistic estimate of sales. In particular, we examined the sales histories and pricing of two typical pistol manufacturers which have entered the market within the last 10 years: Kahr Arms (also known as Saeilo, Inc) and Cobra Enterprises.
Both these companies sell Compact Carry Pistols in similar calibers as those Lowry Industries will offer, thereby making a good and reasonable estimate as to how many pistols Lowry Industries will sell in the same time frame.
Below are the tables of sales numbers for each of these manufacturers, directly downloaded from the ATF website, under the section “Annual Firearms Manufacturers and Export Report”.

These are real sales projections based on real-world sales of two typical pistol startup companies.
We fully expect to vastly surpass these sales figures due to the superior and unique products we offer.
Use of the proceeds.
The goal of Lowry Industries, Inc. is to expand its intellectual property protection, produce pistols of the highest quality, and introduce them to the market through radio advertising, magazine publications, and trade shows within the next 6 to 9 months.
The firearms industry is in a rut. No truly unique pistol designs have been introduced to the public in nearly 100 years. The industry celebrates the introduction of a new plastic part or low mount sight, simply because there is nothing else to write about. Because of this lack of true innovation and creativity in the firearms industry, gun writers alone will give our products huge coverage. Lowry Industries will capitalize on the excitement this pistol will certainly create by placing reasonably priced magazine advertisements, radio spots, guest spots in radio and television, trade shows, etc.
Lowry Industries believes that within 6 to 9 months of receiving sufficient funding through this stock offering that significant sales will have begun. One convenient aspect of manufacturing for the firearms industry is sales are handled mostly through distributors. Distributors act as a middleman between the tens of thousands of dealers in the U.S. and the manufacturer. The Distributors receive the order and the entire purchase amount in advance, and relays the order to Lowry Industries, Inc. whereupon we package the pistol and drop ship it directly to the dealer.
These are the next steps for Lowry Industries.
1) Create two “Production” prototypes.
These prototypes will be in the form and function of the final finished product, but will be created by the machine shops which will produce the pistols. Therefore not only are the pistols representative of the final product, but the machine shops will have experience and tooling ready produce the pistols in quantity. These pistols will then be presented to the press and prospective customers through advertising and demonstrations at the following trade shows.
2) Additional radio advertising.
Radio, both local and national, is a very good medium for reaching customers in the firearms industry. In particular, programs such as GunTalk, American Armed Response, Rush Limbaugh, and Shawn Hannity, among others, are excellent avenues for reaching the right customers.
3) Trade shows.
Both the SHOT show and the Western Hunting and Conservation Expo will be attended. These are the premier firearms tradeshows in the nation. Each and every major magazine and distributor attends these shows. These are the events to secure additional distributors and massive press coverage. These are the places where editors and distributors will have the chance to handle and test fire our pistols. The publicity will be enormous.
4) Follow up with magazine articles and advertising.
There are four publications which are read by well over 90% of the pistol market.
NRA News, Guns Magazine, American Handgunner, and Shotgun News. Each has reasonably prices advertisements, which can be placed during and right after their favorable editorial reviews of our products.
This combination of a highly unique and desirable product introduced into this expanding marketplace assures large sales and significant returns.
Financial Expenditure Analysis.
Of the initial investment, the outlays will be as follows over the next 6 to 9 months:
1) $40,000 for prototyping of the Stainless Steel finished product.
2) $5,000 for the trade shows.
4) $6,000 for follow-up advertising.
5) $16,000 for the mandatory insurance.
6) $28,000/year for personnel expenses.
7) $9,000 in miscellaneous business expenses.
8) The remainder of the investment will be retained for future anticipated product lines.
There is no expected initial outlay for expenses such as initial tooling or inventory due to the common practice in the firearms industry of receiving the order with payment in full before manufacturing the product. This greatly reduces inventory and maintains a steady cashflow stream without waste.
Lowry Industries is dedicated to frugal financial management. We are not going to waste money on an extravagant office space, car rentals, “coming out parties”, or any other such expense or activity which doesn’t directly improve the profitability of the company and investor returns.
